At Kawa Omakase, our seasonal 14-course menu highlights carefully selected fish and ingredients. Many of our omakase ingredients are sourced from Japan, with selected premium items from trusted global sources, including king salmon from New Zealand and toro from Spanish bluefin tuna.
Our menu changes based on seasonality, quality, and availability. Each course is prepared for a focused counter-style omakase experience in Manhattan’s East Village.
